How do I backup clients on the other side of a firewall?

The document below also pops up if you search on NetWorker and firewalls, and the search says it's called "388: Using Firewalls with NetWorker Server Release 6.1.3 and Later," The actual document says "This bulletin describes the difference required in the number of ports for NetWorker version 7.3, 7.2.x, 7.1.x and earlier." For NetWorker 7.3, the above document is a better resource. For 6.1.3 - 7.2, the document below would be a better resource."
