I recently changed the Clean-up on my Master server from 90 to 365 days.

I have not seen an include list in 6.0MP4. Unless you mean the Backup Selections list. If that is the case, then I did try that unsuccessfully.

I ran into this today. Make sure that the NetBackup Client service on
the media server logs on with a user with permissions to the share. If
it uses system to logon ...

Mark, have you unchecked "Cross Mount Points"
I went through a similar situation with one of our Solaris servers. After unchecking that box, my backup times reduced by atleast 50%.
