No, I backed up a bunch of Win2003 clusters with 7.3.2 with no problems. Does the backup fail for C: or just not run or hang or..?

I've seen that before when there's a mismatch between the Networker client architecture and Windows. i.e. The Networker x86 client installed on a Windows x64 box.

Nope, no hung nsrjb processes. I've tried manually loading the tape into the drive that it thinks is in there there and doing another inventory but no luck. Still shows the device is not idle error ...
