I have a vague recollection that this was a bug with older versions
of NW. I think 7.4 had this bug. Try to upgrade. Or, you could write a
script that will relabel the volume if is recyclable.

Are you sure you run on a supported platform for NMC ? For example,
NMC is only supported on RHEL 5 and not on RHEL 6.

reason. And AMM doesn't work here.
