Alerts not sending the attachment of logs

Post Alerts not sending the attachment of logs 
Hi guys,

We've installed BAB 12, once the job finish is configured to send an email with the attachment of the job log, email arrives correctly but without the attachment of the job log.

Any ideas?.

Guess either the log is not sent or is not recieved, or in other words it is being filtered out at the e-mail server.

Enable debug for Alert and ck the logs perhaps from there you can tell if it is being sent.

see tech doc TEC267310, it is a bit old but still applicable.
