Dear all,

I have installed ARCserve R 11.5 SP3 for Linux under SuSE Linux enterprise Server ver10 sp2 EM64T in SAN environment attached Fibre Tape Library Fujitsu siemens FibreCAT TX 24S2.

When I submit backup job, it gives error" The media group you are submiting to is busy" though Tape library is idle.

What cause this problem? Any idea?
