We are installing Arcserve r15 on Windows 2008 R2 64bits. Our tape library is an IBM TS3200 with 2 LTO4 drives.
The problem we are facing is that library is shown as offline.
Running device configuration manually it detects the library and the drives without problem. But Arcserve Manager shows the library as offline.
We followed "Trobleshooting Tape Engine" document and disable the drives and library from Windows Device Manager, but problem is still the same.
Open ticket with CA a week ago... but still we got no answer from support.
Can anyone help me?
