Arcserve r11.5 UUID error

Post Arcserve r11.5 UUID error 
Wanted to see if anyone else has seen or may even have a solution to this one. I'm not really finding much info elsewhere. Everytime i have a BU job run on one server, i get the following error. "Unable to insert UUID to teh Database". All engines are up and running. The jobs run without any actual problem, but this UUID error has me wondering if i may have an underlying problem.
