Post Arcserve r15 error aw0550 
I'm new to Arcserve and this just recent occured. I've restarted the services but how can I test it to make sure it is stable?
R15 build 6222

Issue resolved by Ca tech.

Tech launched ARCserve Backup Agent Admin from the ARC server and ran "Remove Configuration" and re added the "Configuration"

Last night job ran successfully. Now I', curious what he did that fixed the issue.
Anyone care to take a stab at it?
