Hi,
I have the following problem:
- some emails of an user shall be restored (backup of the Exchange mail accounts through Arcserve12) However, the folder "First Storage Group" can not be extended .. although it has a "+" sign in front of the folder, indicating that there are subfolders..., but there is no way to look into these subfolders.
There were no changes made and this process was working fine for 2 weeks.
Has anyone an idea what it could be? May an agent have triggered this problem?
