I am running r15 sp1 and when I push the agent for windows out to a windows 7 desktop on my network the install appears to work fine. but when my backup job tries to contact the agent during the backup it fails thus giving me an incomplete backup. I have totally removed and re-installed the backup agent for windows and the problem still persists. The log for the backup job gives the error number as either E321 or E328 request is not supported. This is the only computer on my network that has these problems I have no other errors that I can find. What can I do to fix this so I can backup the data on this workstation?
