Backup Central

I have problem with my backup on my server domain.
after I upgrade the windows form 2000 server to 2003 server, I have the error message like this :

AW0004 Failed to open file <C:\WINNT\system32\dhcp\j50.log>. RC=32, The process cannot access the file because it is being used by another process


AW0004 Failed to open file <C:\WINNT\system32\dhcp\j50tmp.log>. RC=32, The process cannot access the file because it is being used by another process.

I have already reinstall the agent and open files agent, but the problem still exist.

Any suggestion for this problems.

yes, it DHCP server and Domain controller.
It was running when using windows 2000 server. after upgrade to windows server 2003, the error exist.

W2K huh, kind of old, chances are ARCserve is also kind of old and the version you have may not be able to work correctly under W2K3.
