Post CA ARCserve Backup r12.5 File Server Suite installation prob 
Dear All,

Please help me with this problem,

I just bought a Tape Liblary HP MSL2024 and try to install CA ARCserve Backup r12.5 File Server Suite with Window Server,

After install with the key by SI provide but the software dont recognize the tape and also dont active.

Anyone face to the problem with me,

It is best to connect up with CA support. They will have someone who speaks you native language and can come in remotely to quickly fix the problem.
