Backup Central

Good morning, I saw your site and really enjoyed it, I'm new in ARCserve and I'm having a problem and would like to know if you can help me.
I created a backup job that saves the data to a media specified in the Destination tab of the Backup Manager when submitting the job where I say the tape where the data will be saved, thus the task will only be saved in the specified media. Only to have a problem, the specified media is not available after the task is moved. As a result, the backup operation fails, and the error: "Mount media SEGUNDA, ID 1234 in sequence No. 2."
Knowing how I do it?

from what i understand you are selecting a specific tape in the destination tab and the next time the job runs its looking for that same tape.
better way is to just choose the device group and not any specific tape... and then according to your requirement set an appropriate schedule/rotation scheme.
