We are using Brightstor Arcserve for backup the data on tapes. We are facing an issue while taking a backup of Windows machine however Arcserve client is already install on this machine and below is the issue while server is taking backup of machines.
11/19/11 13:02:22 - Target UCM3:D: (type:9) missed from backup
11/19/11 13:02:22 - Target UCM3:E: (type:9) missed from backup
Linux server's backup is working fine. I serached/googled but didn't find any exact solution for this issue.
Please help me on this.
