Backup Central

Hi,
I have arcserve 200 build 7 with hp superstore dat 40x6. I have this problems.
When I run a backup with console brighstore, I look this error:

Error 3855

3855 Unable to position media. (MEDIA=media_name, EC=media_error_code)
and then backup fail.

Suggest find the supported device patch... Think it's a known issue...

If the above does not resolve it then check tape.log for details the error. Post that part of the log here.
