Backup Central

Hello, I would like to know if I can make a hard reset of my i500 or reconfigure it because it doesn't starts, always stays on "WORKING".

shut it down and restart? shouldn't hurt. it's nothing more than a blade server running linux and hangs up sometimes.

Remove the flashcard from blade, mount with card reader (usb) in linux, change the /etc/shadow and back.
