Backup Central

Can I create a backup policy let say in IBM TSM or Symantec NetBackup that automatically archived all files on the network shares drives to tape based on the file age (e.g. last accessed/modified date > 12 months)?

I see in NetBackup, there's option to "archive" backup selected data to tape and delete the original copy. But does it has capability to say based on last accessed/modified date?

Same doubt here. I googled deeply and I can't find a thing about it. I found that HSM does it and the TSM for System Backup and Recovery (for AIX) has this option also but there is nothing for other clients (e.g. Linux or Windows).
