Hi all,
I just have an dell powervault 132t. (from old equipment of my employer)
Everything is working fine except the tape is stuck in the tape drive.
The tape drive is an IBM LTO2. (PN: 18p9846)
I looked at the product number and searched where I could buy one for a low price.
Most are expensive. So I wonder if there are any other tape drives I can put in there.
Someone told me you need an ibm drive with dell firmware. Is this true or can I also use other lto2 tape drives?
