| I wanted to keep my sensitive personal documents (i.e. bank statements, legal documents & bills) in a safe and secure place, without the hideous amount of clutter and disorganization. I told my housemate that I wanted to do something about the large stacks of paper we left everywhere, and we did; by scanning, and converting all documents to secure PDF files which also allows sensitive details, e.g. credit card numbers, to be redacted (crossed out permanently in black) for secure archiving. The launch of gDoc Fusion Home & Student Edition http://bit.ly/GlobalGraphicshomestudent, is amazing and I really thought it was really great for personal archiving. |
