We currently use Netbackup with it's SharePoint addon. It has been a pain to set up and I'm currently not 100% confident in it (but getting close!).

DocAve has been presented to us as a very nice solution as well.

NBU 6.5.4 is the best solution or BackupExec 12.5 from a Symantec standpoint. Previous versions had only minimal support and functions for backup and restores.

However, MS's DPM is great for Sharepoint as well, although not much else beyond that.

I'm sure other vendors have their solutions.
