For some time now, I have been using the Microsoft Outlook PST backup tool to backup my PST every couple of days (burned once, never again) to an external hard drive -- J:/ on my machine.
I recently upgraded from that 80G to a 320G drive, and the PC recognized the new drive as E:/. So, I reconfigured the backup details to send to E:. Now, when the backup begins, the progress window shows it's going to E, but after a few seconds an error message pops up that says it cannot access J:/ because the drive doesn't exist or is full.
Any ideas how to fix this? I've restarted and tried again. Still no luck. Somehow the J:/ drive is stuck in the backup tool's "memory".
Thanks,
Kara
