Hi Guys,

We have bought a refurbished IBM TS 3500 tape library. The library came assembled and all the cables are in place. Unfortunately we not getting IBM support for it.

Anyways, when I power up the Library, I get a message on the operator panel saying 'Establishing communication'.

Any idea why this might be happening?
