Cannot export configuration object: (Unknown internal error.) => backup incomplete.
This is the message we get on windows server 2008 backups. The suggested fix is to Install IIS 6 compatability mode on the servers where the backups fail. Our servers have IIS 7 or greater installed. Does Data Protector need IIS version 6 and thats why the IIS 6 compatability mode needs installing.
If I install this will it blow anything up. I cant afford to kill these servers. Has anyone ever had the same problem. This is urgent please someone respond. thanks Kathie
