There have been problems starting last week, that the "Error 4055: Unrecognized format " keeps on poping out in my daily backup job. Job failed of coz. I formated a new tape to try , or even Cleaned the tape drive, still fail.
I tried "Identify Media" , "Import Media " , "Restore Specific".. all gets Error 4055.
Please help, I don't know what's wrong with the DP. Is it software or hardware problem??
The version I'm using : Data Protector Express 3.10-sp2 - 20357
