Backup Central

Dear All,
Nice to join with you. This is my first post. In DP5.5 for a particular drive we get below error msg. The backup was done but in case of restoring the reference is not found. So we can't restore the particular file.

Hello,

Before restoring the data, import the tape and then start the restore.

Ur not able to see any data to restore because the backedup details are not saved in the Internal Database.

Let us know if this resolves ur issue.
