Working with a fully pathed HP Dataprotector 6.0 installation our daily Copy-To-Tape Job always ends with the following error:
[12:1012] Cannot access the file.
Configuration file cannot be accessed. This message means that the Cell
Manager daemon cannot read or write from a certain configuration file.
I've used several accounts for the operation, even a domain Administrator (also configured in HP DP Users), but this error always returns.
The Copy Job top tape IS successful. the data IS copied to tape, but the tapes will not be ejected due to this error...
Can someone help me?
