Greetings All,

This error is something I am troubleshooting for a few days now. I moved the Backup Exec user from domain admin to a local administrator on the backup server. The backups ran well for about a month and on Monday, the backups failed with the above error.

Has anyone come across this error?
Please help. I have no backup since Monday.

Hi Wanhyo,

U can try adding the backup account to Windows 'Backup administrator' account; its always good to thave the backup account in the domain administrator group.
