We are running v9.0, revision 4454 on Windows Server 2003 r2, and have noticed a problem with alerts.
The problem is most noticeable over the weekend, when we have multiple jobs, many of which are full server backups. Job alert e-mail notifications are sent correctly, but the alert does not seem to get posted to the Backup Exec console. Alerts are set to stay there for a period of 30 days.
Has anyone ever seen this happen before? If so what did you do to correct the issue.
