This is the error message I get, I am running Server 2003 w/sp1

Does anybody have any ideas, Symantec says they have never heard of that error message and to contact them back with whatever the fix was so that they can document and try to duplicate it.
Thanks,
Joe

Try running vssadmin list writers on the command line to make sure you have VSS properly set.

We have seen a number of issues with VSS under Netbackup that were fixed with hotfixes from Microsquish.

Check the table at the bottom of this article to make sure you have the latest verisons of all VSS files- if not, get them.
