Post Backup Agents on HP StorageWorks NAS 1200s running w2003 
Hi,

I'm trying to install the remote agents for windows server on a HP Storageworks 1200s running w2003 but I always get access deny for my account (administrator).
I tried to do by command line but the agents weren't installed.
I'm running Backup Exec 10.00.5520.

Anyone can help?

Definitely a permissions issue make sure that the account is a member of the proper local groups on the client.

Be especially careful with account names: I've seen people tear their hair out because they had a local and domain account with the same name, and they had trouble keeping the concept straight.
