Hi all i have been trying to backup exchange with Symantec Backup Exec 12.5
but i keep getting this error
Final error: 0xe00002f1 - Cannot back up the binaries that are associated with the selected Exchange databases. Review the Exchange configuration. Until you fix any errors, edit the backup job, uncheck the GRT option, and then run the job again.
Now i have unchecked the GRT but i get the same error

i read somewhere that this has to do with the JCB.dll file so i copied the original from the exchange install disk to the exchange\bin folder
with still no luck
i have tried to do do a NTBACKUP of exchange and that runs with no issues.
