While running my base backup this past weekend I received a "Disk Data Mover Closed connection in job xxx". I'm using Backup Express 2.2.2 and have no support from the vendor nor are we going to upgrade software at this time.
The base backup had completed task 21 of 41. After the initial error, I started receiving "unable to get device assignment for job ~" for the reminder of tasks and job ended after cataloging was completed.
Since the weekend job, our differential has run without any errors. |
