Backup Central

Currently using Syncsort Backup Express version 3.1 and getting Error allocating memory in ehb_retry_file when running Exchange Monthly.
All other jobs run without errors. This one is scheduled to run when NOTHING else is running & it still fails with above error.
@-Intel Xeon X5460 3.17 GHz - 8GB RAM - 64 bit
