Post Chinese filename no longer work after upgrade to 2.1.0
Hi all,

I have upgraded to 2.1.0 for a couple of days. However, I found that the
broswe/restore chinese filename does not work correctly.

Any idea about the problem?

Thanks,
Martin Chan

There was nothing specifc in 2.0.2 or 2.1.0 to support international
charsets correctly. That's something targeted for a future release.

Probably what has happened is that the CSS styles in 2.1.0 specify
fonts that don't render Chinese correctly.

You could try experimenting with a charset=utf8 setting in the
CGI headers.

But correct support for non-latin charsets won't happen until
a future release.
