BackupPC is working, just configured, but the only problem is that the
images and css file are not loaded!

They are in the same directory of BackupPC_Admin script, the
/var/www/cgi-bin/ directory.
I have set the url as /cgi-bin/

I had this same problem. For me, it was caused by a file in
/etc/httpd/conf.d/ overriding one of my settings in
/etc/httpd/conf/httpd.conf . I would look through the files in here
and see if you can find something similar.

I have set the url as /cgi-bin/

First, I assume you mean $Conf{CgiImageDirURL} is set to /cgi-bin?
Are the BackupPC gifs there too?

What happens when you try this URL:

http://BackupPCserver/cgi-bin/logo.gif

Do you see the logo? If not, is there anything in the
apache error file?

Typically apache is configured to execute files in /cgi-bin,
not serve them as html. I would try moving the css file
(and all the BackupPC gifs and logo) somewhere below
DocumentRoot and set $Conf{CgiImageDirURL} accordingly.

Then try that URL, eg:

http://BackupPCserver/BackupPC/logo.gif

The css file is in the same directory, so once the logo works
the css file should too.
