Error in backup.

Post Error in backup. 
hi


In my setup two pc's are giving the following error

I am not able to identify the reason .

Pl help me . One machine is redhat 7.2 and other is Fedora .

Running: /usr/bin/ssh -q -x -l root ivshekar /usr/bin/rsync --server
--sender --numeric-ids --perms --owner --group --devices --links --times
--block-size=2048 --recursive --ignore-times . /home/ivshekar/
Xfer PIDs are now 10378
Got remote protocol 980705635
Fatal error (bad version): cat:
fileListReceive() failed
Done: 0 files, 0 bytes
Got fatal error during xfer (fileListReceive failed)
Backup aborted by user signal

This means the first characters received from the command above were "cat:",
rather than the rsync version numer.

It looks like something in root's .login or .cshrc scripts is generating
some spurious output before it runs rsync.
