Files included in client directory
Author Message
Post Files included in client directory
Is it possible to place files in the store directory of a single client
machine in such a way that the files added are computed as part of the
file count summary on the admin page?

Thanks,
Ty

I'm not 100% sure what you mean, but I think the answer is no.
The main summary page gives the number of pool files, which is
the number of unique files across all the backups.

The per-PC status pages show you the number of files backuped up
in each backup.

Craig

Let me explain further.

I'm looking to have files that are manually added to the host's
directory in BackupPC count in the host detail page. So, if I place
files in the directory that contains a BackupPC's hosts files, I want
them to be included when the file count is run to be displayed in the
admin web page. I don't need them to show up in the summary page, I
just want them to show up in the host detail page.

..or is that more difficult? :^)
