Backup Central

I just setup a new Winxp client. After initial install, everything was
working fine. Now I'm receiving a the error below with every backup
attempt. I suspect that it has to do with the start parameters on the
starting the rsyncd as a service. I've tried it without parameters and
with the parameters specified with a command line start.

Error: Connected to 192.168.1.108:873, remote version 28
Error connecting to module docs at 192.168.1.108:873: failed to open lock file c:/rsyncd/rsyncd.lock : No error

Suggestions?

Make sure that the user you are running rsync as on the windows machine has permissions to read/write to that file?
