User specified Exclude directories?
I think if you just put 'NoBackup' in your exclude list then anything=20
which has NoBackup in its path will be excluded without you having to=20
run any script beforehand.

Hi All,

Can anyone suggest how I could allow users to specify directories that=20=
would be excluded from the backup?
In an ideal solution, the user might create a directory (say NoBackup)=20=
and anything found under that directory is not backed up=85 OR may be=20=
the user creates a file *NoBackup* in the directory to exclude that=20
directory and it=92s sub-folders from the backup.

One way I can think of is to run a script to locate such directories=20=
and then use this list to define the BackupFilesExclude variable just=20=
before starting the actual backup.

Any suggestions would be welcome.
