Whats the answer for backing up large files on windows syste

Post Whats the answer for backing up large files on windows syste
I have a few windows systems that have large (5-10gb) files on them. I
currently use BackupPC with rsync (I think I tried SMB early on, and it
had problems also). These large files don't seem to ever get backed up.
The error counts are zero, but if I look in the log for one of these
files (this one is around 10gb):

create d 777 544/65535 0 backups
create 777 544/65535 -2091261952 backups/c_and_sysstate.bkf
create

How can I get these files to be backed up correctly?

Thanks,
Kelly

Please tell us the versions of cygwin1.dll, rsync, File::RsyncP
and BackupPC.

One guess is that you are using cygwin1.dll version 1.3.x, which
doesn't support large files. Cygwin 1.5.x (latest release is 1.5.9)
does support large files.

I put the latest cygwin rsync from the BackupPC SourceForge page, and
updated File::RsyncP on the server and it backed up! =20

Thanks....
