Automating Backup via Command Line in CV 9.0

Post Automating Backup via Command Line in CV 9.0 
I am trying automate backup operation in CV 9.0 (Windows server 2008):

Creating Magnetic library,Storage Pool , backup sets and finally taking backup.

But i am not able to find any CLI's for these operations.

Is there a CLI for CV 9.0.
