Cannot Scan a drive

Post Cannot Scan a drive 
Hi every one,
I'm using commvault 6.1 in a SAN environment and getting the error 'failed to scan R drive'. R is one of the logical drive in the SAN. I tried updating CV but always fail to update.
please could someone help me to resolve this issue.

On the client experiencing this error - make sure the R: drive is mounted and visible in Windows - check disk management/Windows Explorer

Hi every one,
I'm using commvault 6.1 in a SAN environment and getting the error 'failed to scan R drive'. R is one of the logical drive in the SAN. I tried updating CV but always fail to update.
please could someone help me to resolve this issue.

Post Cannot Scan a drive 
This can sometimes happen with DFS mountpoints. There is a Registry Key workaround that you can apply to the client.

Check docs for NSkipDirErrors regkey to see if this applies.
