Backup Central

Problem: The Simpana was uninstalled sucessfully. During the nwe installation, the wizard doesn't follow the steps, informing that already had a instance installed.

Steps so far:
- Remove SQL from Add/Remove programs;
- Remove manually using KB from MS;
- Tried to install CommServe again by Wizard installation
- when I start the new installation, we cannot see "CommServe Modules" and I cannot expand that. Maybe the JAVA console is hidden it.
- I've been tried to put some registry keys on registry:
- HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE SOFTWAREGalaxyInstallerFlags
DWORD VALUE
bAllowNewerCommServe
- At this time, I'm still tried and the issue wasn' solved.

Any ideas?

can you check the java version on your CS machine as well integrity of the DVD pack from which you are trying to install.
