Has anybody here experienced a situation when generating a CommVault report (Simpana 9.0) whereby sections appear to be missed out, in spite of their being selected? The situation we're witnessing is that the Client Properties section of the output of the CommCell Configuration Report is missing, even though the relevant check boxes are ticked (all computers, all agent types) in the CommCell Report GUI when creating the report.
Most tellingly, the #include section of the report output (in the -- Report Criteria -- section at the top of the report output) doesn't include 'Client Properties'.
Has anybody seen this?
