I am relatively new to Simpana and recently I have stumbled upon the following error, while running the File System iDA on Simpana 9:
CreateIndex index processing failed - no index archive files
I have to mention that the FS iDA is running fine on my other clients. Moreover, on the client that has the FS iDA problem, I have an SQL iDA which is running fine.
If I try to run a full backup on the FS iDA, it always shows the job status as incremental and shows the above mentioned error.
I have updated the server and clients to the last version and made a new blank directory for the index cache, but it didn't do the trick.
I tried modifying the backup content, by removing the vss and leaving a few empty folders to be backed up but the job still failed.
Can you please advise me on what to do next ?
