Hello All!!
I've just recently started receiving the following error on a few of my Windows server agent backups: "Description: Failed to get the information of the archive file that was created from the archive manager on the CommServe."
The hyperlink goes to the typical CV "We're sorry..."
The only thing I know I've done recently is added a bunch of global filters for excluding typical Windows folders that don't need to be backed up (or are file locked).
