Hello guys,

I'm having problems with accessing the web console Simpana 9.0 I upgraded from version 8.0 to 9.0 and access the web console stopped working, someone has gone through this, knows how to solve?

I found I had to re download the java console and that the bookmark I had didn't work. Please navigate to http://commcellserver/console


Thats what worked for me.

Hi Guys,

To solve the problem, I removed and reinstalled the Java CommCell during the resettlement service Simpana Web Console has been reconfigured.

make sure that IIS is installed on the commserve.

Uninstall the Comcell Console on the commserve

Reinstall the commcell console on the commserve, choose "install the
webconsole..." during install

reinstall the latest servicepack

go to http://commservename/console and check if it is working

in V9 there is no utility (installgalaxyweb) like in the previous versions...
