Backup Central

Hi Guys,

I’m trying make a Oracle Offline Backup, but when the job start shows de error:

Error Code: [19:1335] Description: Oracle Backup [-getLastError: Err Number=9000022
sLastErr=[CVSession::checkDataWaiting]:Remote machine [srvl01010.dedini.com.br].
The socket connection was lost unexpectedly. MyIoctl returned 0 bytes waiting. Check Network Connectivity. .]

The Database status is MOUNTED.

Backup of the files is OK

Simpana version 8.

Any idea ?

Did the offline backup job succeed or failed?.
You said “Backup of the files is OK“,  does it mean file system backup is works ok but not Oracle?
In any case, please escalate the issue with commvault support – we need logs from CommServer and client.
