"Description: Failed to get the information of the archive file that was created from the archive manager on the CommServe"
on some of my jobs. Not all, just some. Usually just after the job starts. Can anyone translate this into English? Or do I need to raise yet another ticket asking to explain Commvault's bizarre error messages?
Of course clicking the hyperlink on the error code (40:23) takes me to the usual Commvault JPR error page: "We're sorry, there are currently no matching knowledge base articles pertaining to this error code. This error code has been logged and submitted for an article to be created". Incredible. Way to go.
Running CV8 SP5.
Any ideas?
